Getting Started Guide: Accessing Your Account
Tip: Before you can begin managing your website in Eden Platform, you must first confirm that you have the necessary web browser software on your computer. Although visitors to your website can view it in any major web browser, the administrative features in Eden Platform require you to have the newest version of Firefox or Internet Explorer.

The first step is logging in to your website. You should have been provided with a website URL that has a format like:
- http://companyname.poweredbyeden.com/, or
- http://www.companyname.com
You can access your website's administrative functionality by adding /admin/ to the end of that URL like:
- http://companyname.poweredbyeden.com/admin/, or
- http://www.companyname.com/admin/
Type this URL into your web browser's URL bar and hit enter to load the log in screen.
Enter the username (email address) and password you provided when your account was created. If you do not have this information for your website please contact us to retreive it.
Next, proceed to the Dashboard section.
