Preation Clients and Partners,
We would like to announce the newest addition to our team, Mr. Jason Malone. Jason has recently joined Preation and will be serving as our Director of Project Management. We strive every day to provide our clients with cutting edge web site services and products designed to fit their specific needs. Through the addition of a full-time project manager to our team, we will improve our ability to facilitate timely project status management, increase efficiency, and reinforce communication with our clients.
The Director of Project Management role is the first position in our new Project Management Department. As our company continues to grow, the Project Management Department will maintain and improve our service fulfillment quality and reliability in order to provide all Preation clients with timely, valuable, and consistent web site services.
Starting today June 5th, 2006, Jason will be the main point of contact for all currently active projects, and will be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information on your project’s status. While you can still contact specific team members on existing issues, it will be best to utilize Jason to ensure that your requests are added to our task cycle with the appropriate priority and attention. Furthermore, for clients with currently active projects, Jason will be in touch shortly to make an introduction, discuss your project’s status, and answer any questions you might have.
As part of this transition, Neil Lancia will be moving into the role of Director of Sales at Preation where he will continue to serve our clients by providing relevant services and strategies to help them reach their goals online. Please continue to contact Neil at 919-459-1392 to discuss any ideas for enhancements to your web site or software. Ian Quattlebaum will continue as our Director of Development and will be your primary contact for technical support issues at 919-459-1397.
As a growing company Preation is proud to announce these improvements and our increased capacity to serve your needs. By creating the full-time Project Manager position, Preation has become one of only a handful of web site service firms on the East Coast with a dedicated employee managing project and task operations.
